We will ship the products as soon as possible. This will happen usually within the day of the order. If some of the ordered items are out of stock, we will directly contact you about the situation. Normal delivery times are 2-3 work days to Finland and 3-5 work days to the rest of the Europe. These delivery times can not be guaranteed. Delivery times can sometimes be a lot longer.
You have a right to return any of the products within 14 days of delivery. To return the products you must fill out the return form. Registered customers can do that easily from the My Account page. Unregistered customers can fill out this Return Form. You can return the product without extra return costs. The returned products need to be non-used and non-changed. Because of the nature of the products, you are not allowed to return opened packages because opened products can not be re-sold.
Posti keeps shipments for 7 days. If you wish, you can purchase more storage time for the package from Posti. Uncollected orders are automatically returned to the sender. In this case, the handlers of the returned orders will automatically refund the order minus the costs, and the order can not be activated or sent back again at this stage.
An uncollected shipment that returns to us is not the same as returning a product / canceling an order. If an uncollected order is returned to us, we will charge a separate fee of 25 € for the delivery and handling costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
If the delivered product has been damaged, you can report this contacting us. At the same time you should inform us if you would like to get the money returned or rather get a replacement product. Depending of the payment method used, we might need a bank account number to return the money.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
