Delivery within EU Only

We deliver only within EU. Unfortunately because of the nature of the products, we can not deliver outside EU. Within EU the CE marking of the products allow sales to EU countries but other countries have their own policies regarding the sales of medical devices that prevent freely selling these kinds of products.

When ordering, you can choose from the following shipping methods. Please note that some shipping methods are limited to only smaller orders and/or to different countries.

 

International deliveries

 

Letter Delivery

The delivery is done as a Priority letter. Only products less than 3 cm thick can be delivered by letter. Larger product can only be delivered as a package. This 3 cm limit is the maximum thickness for a letter specified by the Postal Service, and it is not possible to be flexible with it. For example, the size of the recipient's mailbox does not affect the maximum size of the letters, although it is sometimes queried. Post offices only deliver letters to a recipient that lives in the address, so if you want to order products to e.g. to the address of your partner, then add the person living in the address as the recipient or use the c/o abbreviation.
 

Parcel Connect (only for some EU countries)

Parcel Connect mail can be delivered to countries that support it. Different countries have different delivery times and shipping costs. The package will also be shipped to the customer in some countries and to a nearby pick-up point in some countries. The Post's Parcel Connect service has been implemented in cooperation with DHL and Bring. Posti and its partner companies have established a network of over 47,500 service points across Europe.
 
The average delivery time is Estonia, Latvia 1-2 business days. Lithuania, Sweden, Germany 2-4 business days. Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxenburg, Slovakia 4-5 working days. Slovenia, Hungary, Spain 4-7 business days. Bulgaria, Portugal 5-8 business days.
 

Posti Parcel Baltics

Deliveries in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania 1-2 working days on average. On time tracking and SMS notification. Delivered through the comprehensive service point and parcel locker network.
 

Priority Parcel

The Post Priority parcel can be delivered from the Condom Online Store to other European countries and a few non-EU countries.
 
Shipping time EU 1-3 working days, rest of the world 2-8 working days. Nordic countries 3-5 working days, rest of Europe 3-7 working days and rest of the world 6-14 working days. Posting date is not included. The Post Office or Condom Store is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of Customs measures by the destination country.
 
The Priority package will be delivered to the recipient's address: Netherlands, United States of America, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Iceland, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Latvia (for business addresses only), Lithuania (for business addresses only), Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Poland, France, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary and Estonia. In other countries, the shipment is taken to the addressee's office. The consignee shall be notified of the arrival of the consignment.

Postal Parcel

All domestic orders can be delivered by postal parcel. Its most commonly used option is the Mail Parcel, which can be picked up at a customer pick-up point. Pick-up points include Mail and various agent mail as well as Smartpost parcel machines. As Posti has stated in its service descriptions, in exceptional cases the package may go to a different collection point. If the postal parcel terminal is full, for example, the parcel will end up at an adjacent vending machine or a post office. These are exceptions for the Post, but they are possible especially during Christmas and other peak hours.
 

Home Parcel

The Posti Home Package is a postal delivery package for consumers. It is more expensive than the standard parcel delivery service, but it delivers the parcel to the address chosen by the customer and agrees on the time of delivery. An attempt is made to deliver the package to the customer three times, after which it is sent to a post office near the address for collection.
 

Express Parcel - delivery within business day

The Postin Express package is a business-to-business delivery of Postage within a business day. It is more expensive than picking up a postal parcel, but a bit cheaper than a home parcel because there is no separate delivery time and no attempt is made to deliver the parcel multiple times. If the Post cannot receive the parcel the first time, the parcel will be transferred to the Post Pick-up Point near the address for retrieval.
